Need some help with my device memory please

Ok, i have an ATT galaxy S3 with hyperdrive rom currently running on it, i previously had s3rx rom, and carbon before that. well now i have almost no space left on my phones internal memory. I have tried deleting my installed apps, and pictures, but it still only frees up about a couple gigs of space. Is this normal? do i maybe have two systems still installed on my device? could someone please help. thanks

Do u have a lot of nandroids if so it's that. If not do u still have downloaded rooms in storage

Look for you recovery folder in memory for the nandroids. It will either be under com or twrp in backup folder. As for the downloaded roms they should be on device storage where u flash from
