Need to delete an email account

Hello all,

I have looked and even spent time with Tech Support.
I need to remove my pop3 email and set it up with new credentials as we changed our server settings. I did what I have done in past on old Note phones. I Googled what to do and it does not work.
I go to settings, click cloud and accounts. click email, click the one I need to remove, then I click the menu button top right corner and all I get is sync now. I have tried to click and hold, same thing. Now if I hold the menu button top right, another bubble will show up that reads more options. If I press that, nothing happens. I do not want to do a hard reset. Does anyone have any ideas?

Are you using the native Samsung email app? If so, try removing it from within the app. Not sure why you're not seeing the option to remove it, that option exists in both the general settings and in the app for me. Btw, I have 3 accounts in the email app if that changes things, not sure it does though.
