Now to the bare-bones of the point! you must be rooted. So far i tested this on the stock rom, install MSL reader. Open and press Read MSL. you should get a 6 digit code. I will not go over any network programming software but you must have the htc diag drivers for windows to do any network programming changes. Now open dialer and press ##3424# and press to highlight on, then press select. you will get a message asking to enter msl. enter it then ok. also, for the phones built in epst open dialer and press ##3282#. you'll get a menu for view or edit. the password for edit is your msl.
