My upgrade is coming November 18. I would like to know what you guys think about about the Note 4 / Droid Turbo / Z3V for Verizon. Which do you believe is better overall? What are the best features for each phone? Which would you choose and why? I didn't add the nexus 6 in there because i think it is just too large of a phone, but maybe I can be persuaded otherwise. Thanks beforehand for all of your help.

On Verizon to me it's a no-brainer...Nexus 6. It will have all the same stuff the Turbo does. And it will have better hardware than the Note 4. The only reason to get the Note 4 is if you really like and use the S-pen.

The Nexus 6 will have OIS...the Turbo does not. I believe the Nexus 6 will have the same fast-charge capability as the Turbo, and will have wireless charging. It will certainly get updates sooner.

As for size...it is hardly bigger than a Note 4. If the Note 4 is not too big I don't see how a Nexus 6 will be either.

I am not seeing a huge difference there.

I got the Turbo yesterday, so far no complaints. Went with the ballistic nylon 32gb version. Feels good in the hands and great battery.

Went with the turbo. The size is good, the battery is the best, and the moto-specific software enhancements are fantastic. Moto build quality trumps anything Sammy ever did

We upgraded my mom to the Turbo yesterday. I didn't get a LOT of time with it but it definitely has a different feel in the hand (she got the Ballistic Nylon one). It's a bit heavier than my 2013 Moto X but she should get double the battery life I have. Really, she could have gotten any phone in the store and been better off than she was with her Droid Razr, but when the guy works the deal he did with the plan and they practically pay you to get the newest phone on the market, you take it.

I should get more time with the phone as she has questions or problems, or as I continue to help her set it up. I didn't get a ton of time with it because it was 8:30 by the time we were done with that and getting dinner and I hadn't been home in 14 hours.

What I WILL say, that phone boils down to a Moto X with a HUGE battery and a 4K screen. It has all the cool stuff that makes the Moto X the Moto X (active display, Moto Assist, touchless control, nearly-stock Android experience) but adds that large 3900 mAh battery and (I'm pretty sure) Qi charging.

I wasn't too anxious to have her get a GS5 or a Note 4, I just felt there was going too much extra stuff there that she'd never use. The Sony wasn't really on my radar.
