Hi i have just got my self an Android I9300 and have activated it with amaysim and the sim card works in other phones but not this one when purchased it is a unlocked phone please needing help

the main phone line is optus i am not getting any message or code just wont work i have tried other sim cards and nothing have pushed the card in all the way have changed it from slot one to two the phone company say the card is active
It's almost as if the slot is not recognizing the card period. Did you get the phone brand new? If so I would suggest returning it to the place or purchase. Unless someone else has an idea, no matter what you should be getting a message about the SIM, should not just be nothing coming up. Very odd
yer have been onto the company and they have said they will get one of there workers to get in touch with me have to go away to see family and have no phone so angry about it
