Netflix Integration, or 'just an app'?

Google touts bringing the power of 'search' to their devices. I have yet to get a clear answer on this.

When I 'search' something with a GoogleTV device, does it search everything? Huge example, would it search netflix?

I find it kind of hard to believe that such an integrated device would require one to search multiple places for content, but I have yet to see a demo video or review of someone performing a search, and seeing a 'watch on netflix' option...

I'm starting to think that I would need to physically launch into the netflix app to search content from it.

I think I heard that you have to be in the Netflix app to search Netflix. Doesn't mean that the feature can't be added in the future. Android allows new search sources to be added by apps.
