Netflix won't load on my brand new tablet

Any recent posts on how to get Netflix to load on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 9.7? I tried all the tricks...uninstalling the app, reinstalling, clearing data, restarting the tablet...nothing! It was working for the first week I bought it and now it doesn't. I gave my old IPad to my son and got a Samsung for the sole purpose of watching Netflix. I would appreciate any help please and thank you!
