Every day this week, I have been getting the network connection error. The last thing I do to the phone in the evening is plug it in and set the alarm. The next morning when I turn the alarm off, the first thing I see is the network connection error. I called Sprint tech support yesterday and explained what was going on. They reset the data services on the phone, but a couple of hours later, the network connection error message comes back. This time, I have to press retry at least four times in a row before the message goes away. Today, I went to a Sprint store and talked to them about this. The associate at the Sprint store claims that this error will go away when the 2.2 update comes out, whenever that might be. If that is the case, I don't understand why Sprint and Samsung are taking so long to get the update out.
