Network is not working

i bought a huawei honor 6x. the tim network is b7 right? my frequencies are :4G LTE TDD: B38
4G LTE FDD: B1/B3/B7/B8/B20
3G WCDMA: B1/B5/B8
2G GSM: B2/B3/B5/B8
Secondary SIM card (voice services only, no data service):
2G GSM: B2/B3/B5/B8. i bought the sim card but it doesnt allow me to dial *222 or *144 to set it up. it says mobile network is unavailable. It's for brazil

It's using 2G for dialing, which is pretty universal. If it's the H60-L04, it should work. The L01, L02 and L12 won't.

Bring the phone into the carrier and ask them for help. The SIM card could be bad, your account setup could be bad, their tower could be having problems - there are a lot of possibilities. (Assuming it's a compatible model phone.)
