NEVER-ENDING loop! Customized nookie Froyo

My nookcolor is stuck in a loop just showing the screen "Customized nookie Froyo" over and over.

I can get it to power down if I hold the power button, but then it just boots back up, flashes "Touch the Future of Reading, loading, android" in bottom corner then just loops with "Customized nookie Froyo" I have a CW boot disk inserted, but it won't boot to it.

I had it running nookie Froyo internally fine for awhile.
