So I got my phone shipped overnight, and yesterday afternoon I got my S21 Ultra BUT I never got the email with the shipping label to send my trade in to Samsung and on my samsung.com account under the trade in on the order it says "order place" despite I got my phone.

Usually when I pre ordered my trade in label was processed right away.

Because I did it overnight are they still in the process for generating the label?

It takes a few days, then you'll get a email with the trade in details. Just download the shipping label and use the box from the s21 ultra to ship back.

Watch your email spam box also. When I bought my Note20U, every single email from Samsung was in the spam folder. Everything from the 'purchase confirmation' through to the 'your trade in was successful'. It was strange.

If I remember correctly, in the email you get letting you know your phone shipped it contains the return instructions and a link to the pre-paid shipping label.

Just make sure that you delete all your accounts before you factory reset it or it will get rejected

I got the email yesterday. Sent back. I've done the trade in many times before without any issues.

Sammy has gotten a bit better about trade ins. I remember about 3 years ago all sorts of issues with devices being rejected. back then they just gave you a $25 credit and didn't ship it back to you.

Yeah Samsung is way better with trade in from the past year or so. They have had their trade in partners accept trade in pretty quick now a days without issues.
