New Amazon App Store->Ur Opinions wanted!!!

Lol... I wish I could, I want to root my thunderbolt, but I am scared since I accepted the newest ota... Now I am not sure of what method to use, I found 1 method but it is 7 steps involved adb shell and sdk platform 2 of which I have no idea how to use

So not only did I get Tweetcaster Pro for free today but I bought Vignette for only $1.99 last night. Amazon's store has some nice deals on top of the free pad app of the day, but the more I use it the more I find that I really dislike having my apps split between two stores. It just gets too confusing and annoying at times, especially when it comes time to update my apps. I actually just bought Weatherbug Elite from the market even though I already got it from the Amazon App Store for free a while ago. And I'm not a fan of Amazon's DRM, either. Still the free app of the day and the nice deals are enough to keep me using Amazon's store, at least for now.

i agree it's annoying using two stores, but actually i'm only annoyed by the amazon store bc market is so integrated.

True, but you can't blame Google for integrating they're own market into they're own operating system. And the free paid app of the day is nice, when Amazon gives away an app worth having. They don't seem to be giving away very many of those lately in my opinion. Still I'm sticking with Amazon's store because when they do give away a good app it's a really good app, like Gentle Alarm, Business Calender and Tunein Radio Pro.

Different strokes for different folks, I guess... I love Hex Defender!

For me, Fancy Widget Pro, Soundhound ∞ and Tune In Pro really did the trick for me. The updates for apps that you download from the store are slow to show up, but no major gripes.

Here is the peculiar thing. The app is normally listed at $4.99 in the Amazon appstore, but the same app is .99 in the Android market.

@rpz - played it for a few days, beat most of the levels, game became too repetitive for me, but i liked it at first.

@jowlah - dunno what sound hound is but tune in pro and fwpro would have been good apps for me but i missed those also.

@david nc - baseball is my favorite sport but this game is unbelievably boring. you only play if there are runners in scoring position otherwise is just goes automatically in fast forward.

Soundhound is a song tagging app, much like Shazam, but much better. You can even hum and it will pick up the track.
