very difficult if not almost impossible to press command and get response.
ie hitting contact key or recent call key, primary to social

cleaned screen

verizon cs said case might be issue but had no answer and they sold me the phone.

just keep hitting icon and finally change or i just try later
older model but new when purchased, model unknown
