Don't skimp on the PSU, no matter what. You can get a load of best bang-for-buck product recommendations on Reddit's /r/buildapc

Yeah don't ever buy a pre-built computer. You'll literally be eating hundreds in cost for something that only takes a few hours. If you're unsure on how to do it there are tons of resources on how to build a PC.
