How do you put stuff in the box?also is knox by itself good enough to protect the new phone???

What box are you talking about? Knox is not to protect the phone. Is an enterprise application to separate business emails, contacts and calendars from the personal data in the phone. Think of it this way: some companies hive you a business phone such as a blackberry with access to business email and calendar. Knox is an app that replaces that business phone.
