New Facebook apps

There's a build available on MoDaCo. Apparently it works on the Nexus 4...

Gosh, knowing facebook, something cobbled together will have fewer ads and better privacy.

Facebook seems to have flipped the switch turning off Cover Feed so images on Facebook Home are now just black screens...oh well.
4 days away I guess for me to try it again.
Was surprisingly fluid, I'll give them that but most definitely won't be my default Launcher.

I'll wait for the official release and give it a try; mainly just so I can give my opinions to family and friends seeking mobile advice

I don't think I use facebook enough to have it permanently front and center.

I use Facebook a fair bit and I help run a couple of pages on there too so it could be useful. I doubt I'll want to use it as my launcher though. Could look unprofessional at work.

That other release has been blocked by fb. I'll wait for the official one now.

I'm currently using Facebook messenger to handle all my SMS too... Its OK. I'm sure they'll improve it quickly too.
