I have BPC7 on the watch I got a couple months ago, this isn't a new update. And Samsung Pay is still in beta. Give it a break.

Actually Verizon 3g gears are getting update today and Verizon just recently updated the gear s2 update page to this version.

I don't particularly care about the feature. It's the principle. You can't just advertise whatever you want. They could say it comes with a teleportation feature, or it feeds the homeless... you can't just say whatever you want to sell the device. Just tell people the truth.

What's ridiculous is this update was supposed to include sleep tracking but I can't find that anywhere. That coupled with the Samsung Pay fail and I have absolutely no idea what this "update" is for....

BPC7 is not the update that was supposed to include the new features. I've had BPC7 on my device since the day I bought it 2 months ago, and I dont have any if these new features yet.

I got BPC7 last night as well. I see the photo watchfaces, but don't see any of the other changes. When I ask svoice to set a timer it says "sorry your request could not be processed". No sleep tracking on s health that I see. No UV index on weather app. Weird...

Just got my non carrier model S2 yesterday and I received an update shortly after pairing with my phone.

My bad, looks like this has been around since July.

I think it's safe to say my T-Mobile 3g watch will never see the new update. I also predict that the last update was the last update the Gear S2 will ever get
