New G2 Owner - well Bell HTC Desire Z lol.

Well, my Samsung Galaxy S is being repaired, hardware failure on the SD module. After speaking with Bell, I have had a replacement Desire Z made available for me to purchase at a discounted price.

LOVE IT so far. I miss some things about my Galaxy, the screen mostly, but so far so good.

Any tips?

Well welcome to the family. I'm not sure how familiar you are with rooting but I would check out the xda forums for some very cool stuff. I just installed a theme and trackpad wake and works like a charm. You might want to check out launcher pro or adw launcher for launchers that give you a little more custom options. Everything else I'm sure you are familiar with on android side coming from galaxy s

I'm loving it so far! I didn't notice the Desire Z forum hidden down there...but the phones are pretty close so eh lol. I actually have Sense preloaded on it, so I don't think I will be using Launcher Pro like I did on my SGS, and I'm waffling on rooting. I dunno, we shall see, I had the SGS briefly rooted but ended up reverting it pretty quickly.
