New Galaxy S6 crashing

please help, just got s6, synced all my files to this phone, updated s6 but it keeps crashing whatever I try to open it says such and such has stopped working, and won't stay connected to the Internet
Please help a very stressed mum xx

What are you trying to open?

I have tried opening messages, and keeps disconnecting from my wifi

Go to the application manager find the app that crashing then try clearing the cache and data.

reset to factory and try it out without the backup. Then try using Smart Switch and only select to transfer over one group of folders at a time. Start with Contacts, See how it does, if all is well try pictures, rinse and repeat until you either find out what the issue is or you have it working

I was thinking about getting the Galaxy S6 but reading the reviews it made me very nervous. I need your opinion what should I do?
Does Galaxy S6 freeze and crash like Samsung galaxy S3? btw I need an upgrade, I have been waiting for good Android phone..
When I got the S3 it was suppose to be better than Iphone 5, but what a disappointment, I would not even compare it to Iphone 4S.

At the end of the day, it's up to you. It's certainly understandable that in a small forum like this isolated, yet unfortunate issues get magnified. I am on AT&T and upgraded from the GS4. My GS6 is lightning fast and buttery smooth with no noticeable lag. It is the best smartphone that I have ever owned.

If your on any carrier but sprint, get the sucker...it's great. If your on sprint, wait a while or get something else.
