Wow I am using this new keyboard. Right now and it is fast and responsive! This made gingerbread. So much sweeter!

so glad they added the long-press numbers and punctuation. just rooted and trying some vanilla roms and this is a feature of the htc keyboard I missed. I'll be installing this.

Does anybody notice that double-tapping space doesn't make a period happen? Or is it just me?

Is there some hidden setting to turn it on?

Works for me. Thought that was standard, though...

I'm loving the new GB keyboard. It reminds me of Swiftkey a lot. And I just got my invite to Swype beta, so I'm in keyboard heaven right now. Keep switching back and forth for the hell of it!

For everyone asking if you have to be rootd to install this. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE ROOTED. I have it on my unrooted inc and it works fine.

i'm on a captivate 2.2 rooted i put the file on the root of my sd and when i'm in recovery mode it says no update.zip found do i need to rename the file or what

Then how am I able to use it on a non rooted phone? I posted my previous thread in the forum because everybody in here was saying for root only. Did not want non root guys to miss this.

Mines is rooted you need custom recovery

Follow the link and you will see that you don't have to be rooted to have this. You can get the zip file here. I used the zip in the 4th post down.

just flash the file if your rooted. You didn't have to name it update.zip
