I just installed this rom and it worked great. I haven't had a chance to try everything just yet, but It installed easily. Just follow the instructions and you're golden.

I just read through the 4 pages of instructions/dialogue over on xda on installing this. Wow...I don't think I would dare try and load this up. For one, I'm not rooted yet. Was waiting for Jan. to do that. Call me a sucker, but maybe AT&T owns up to it's promise and gets our GB update before the end of the year. From reading the root instructions, I'm pretty sure I can handle that. But reading this...I'm not so sure I would be able to install successfully, so why take the chance.

It's easier than it sounds. But it is important to be rooted and have a good TI backup of all your apps to make reinstallation faster. It looks to like an official version of GB is close based on all the leaks to this point.
