New Gmail app update

I am having issues setting up my ymail and comcast accounts. My hotmail accounts setup just fine. Can somebody with a new Moto X 2014 (that's why I'm asking here, not the app section) check to see what the version number for the updated gmail app and the exchange services app are in their app section?

I just want to make sure everything updated correctly. When I install the leaked exchange services app that came out a few weeks ago the other 2 accounts work. But, I don't understand why I should have to sideload that for the new updated gmail to function correctly.

The reason i uninstalled the newer exchange services app is because I was having update issues with gmail so i uninstalled and reinstalled everything. Then once i downloaded the update to gmail i noticed it did not update the exchange as well.

not sure if this is what you need:

i have a yahoo account tied to my gmail app, the gmail app version is 5.0 (1569867)

working fine

Yes, that also matches my gmail version number. If you have a chance, can you also take a look at your exchange services version number as well?

great, wasn't sure

so went into settings>apps>all>Exchange Services>app info says version 4.4.4-53

(let me know if I got the wrong app. App icon looks like stock android email icon)

Yep, that's the one. That's the same version I had before the gmail update, and also the same version after the update. I guess the leaked exchange services app is juts for lollipop versions and we won't see that update until lollipop actually hits.

I'm just going to try and uninstall all and start fresh. Maybe I'm having a conflict due to sideloading.
