New Google Chromecast 4K, why no LIVE tab?

I bought it from Google Canada. I expected it to have a tv schedule-like grid.

I don't have the LIVE tab as this one.

I installed a VPN, switched to servers from USA, no change. Could it be that the Canadian Google Chromecasts with TV don't have them?

No live tab in the UK either, I've never even questioned it. Too used to US only features.
