*new* Google Now/Touchless Control/Moto Assist Conflict?

Check your Installed Apps in Google Play, as Trek_98 said above, there is an Assist Update that has cleared up the problem for me

Late to the party... I'm glad I took time to look for a solution. I rolled Google App back to 'factory', de-slected Auto Update.

Not only does Touchless Control work again but, so does my phone which hasn't worked since December for more than 2 or 3 pics at a time.
