New hangouts not on my note 3?

Ive updated it and don't see the sms integration that everyone is talking about. Is there a chance that ATT or Samsung is blocking it on this phone?

Ive tried everything. Uninstalling it, updating it, force closing it etc.

Thoughts?

I didn't get the official update on my AT&T Note 2 so I just downloaded the .apk and installed it that way.

Download the file to your phone, select it from your downloads and let it install over the older version of Hangouts.

Careful with the APK. When trying to send MMS or Gifs over SMS it will crash Hangouts.

Go to settings and then about hangouts. If it says v2xxx then its the new hangouts. If it is on v1xxx, then it is still the older one

Google play has a version that was uploaded yesterday the 8th, and even though it says that it is the 2.0 with msn integrated, it is not still showing as 1 something.

Is anybody having issues with hangout on the note 3. I downloaded it from the play store and every time I open the app it crashes. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but still having the same issue. I would appreciate any help if there any fix for this
