I have to ask, why the Retention Dept.? Will that help get me an early upgrade? I too am one those getting erked byt this phone with auto reboots daily.

I am running:

Build number: 1.70.605.0 CL343953
Software number: 1.70.605.0

I had 2 daily reboots with my first TBolt. This is my refurb'd one and I have not had a single reboot (other than when I do it) since getting the phone almost 3 weeks ago.

I have NOT rooted it, or did anything to it....100% Stock from VZW.
