New Here! AOL Sync Issue

My phone has suddenly quick syncing for my aol email account. It was fine right along and then suddenly it wasn't. I have a Samsumg 6 edge.
Any idea how to fix this?

@Joy Truby, try opening the Email app, tap Menu>Settings, select the AOL account, and remove it. Then add it back again, and see if it works again.
