NEW HERE. Please help

Does anyone know what this text means or why I keep getting several a day?

GET?c=ATTV:SM-S926U/14:4.15.0.10239&v=1.0&AD

I have tried to block the sender or delete the messages but it doesn't work because somehow the messages come in on my side of the screen like they're from me. What is it and what should I do?
