New icon in notification bar

[Android Central Question]

I just updated to Android Pie and now I have "@" icon appearing in the notification bar. When I click on it, it says " downloading over Wi-Fi. How do i get rid of this?

When you swipe down the notification panel, what app is associated with that notification?
