New icon?

Hey guys it is not doing it now, but I had this small blue icon looked like a bulb that was flashing between the 4G and the signal bars at the top.
Anyone know what it was?

According to some websites google found me, it could mean you're in power saving mode.

I'm not too sure, as I've never heard of power saving mode before.

Means you're on a femtocell/microcell. (Wireless "range extender" that uses a home internet connection to provide cell service.) These sometimes are found in locations with poor coverage. If you look closely, the icon is not a light bulb - rather, it is a house.

Correct I just seen it again, and is staying on longer? Why would it just start now occasionally? This is the 2nd time this week I see it at my house. Yes I have horrible coverage. But where is it coming from? Seems like it is jacking up my wifi
