new inspire need some help

just picked up an inspire today and i can't seem to figure out two things right now. on my other phones there was all ways a "file" app where you could view everything on the phone memory or on the sd card , cant find anything like that here and i can't find any documents that i have downloaded either. i'm sure its here somewhere but find it and also to save pics. and video to sd card as well no option for that i tried looking in owners manual but that wasn't very helpful al info is greatly appreciated thanks a lot

You can download es file explorer from the market so you can view files. As for pics and video, I believe they save to the sd card by default.

thanks that is just what i was looking for. i guess the default method helps to just keep things easier as well
