I basically have 2 questions.
1. I got my Kindle last week and immediately went through the process of making sure I could access the Google Play store, as well as side loading apps. I haven't had any problems until last night when I went to add some more music to the Kindle. I plugged it into the computer and navigated to the music folder where all of the other songs were, and when I went to drag and drop the mp3s, it wouldn't allow me to. I kept getting a black circle with the slash through it letting me know that it would not allow the drop. I tried to copy and paste, but the paste was grayed out. I didn't do anything differently, that I know of. Can someone help me out with this problem? I would like to just drag and drop, or copy and paste, since I am not a fan of Amazon's Cloud feature.
2. Is there a way to change the background behind the carousel? Everything looks so plain to me. It doesn't help that I sit next to my friend who has the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 and hers just looks pretty while she is scrolling through her apps. I feel like I'm using an old nokia phone while everyone else has a smart phone. Is this just the way the Kindle does things? Is there no way to make it more visually appealing?
Thanks in advance for any help you guys have to offer.
