New Market shuts down

I installed the new market APK. When it opens up it shuts down. Now I don't have a working market. How cab I fix this?

I had this happen when I first installed it, rebooting seemed to fix it.

Hey. Where did you get the new market .apk from?? I'm running rooted 2.1 and I have the old one . Thanks.

I actually couldnt get it to work. I had to do the whole wipe thing and restore cause I started deleting stuff and I wasnt supposed to do that. So I did the 8 Reboots and reset everything back up and just rooted it again. So before I mess with the Market, I want to besure and find the right file and the right way of doing this.
