I don't know if I missed something, but how do I check if I have this update, or better yet how do I check my version number? Is there any trick to forcing the update? Thanks.

Go to menu...settings....applications....manage applications.

Just checking in again to see if anyone can help me on this. I'm just coming to the Android world from a Storm 2. I have downloaded the apk, on to my sd card, but do not know how to access it to install. I have a Fascinate and am still learning the tricks on it any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated.

You're rooted, right?

Install Astro from the market, and then find the file on /sdcard. Just open it to install.

Not rooted sadly still struggling my way through. Got LauncherPro Plus, Beautiful Widgets, Jorte, and Pure Calendar after checking out layouts on the forum. Still checking those out for further ideas. Thank you for your help. Is my only way in through being rooted.

I actually don't know if this would/wouldn't work not being rooted. All the other things you have mean that you're well on your way through modifying your phone!

The 1 click root is extremely easy and very safe though, and I suggest you try it out.

You can use the stock app My Files to access your SD card and install it from there

I don't think this has been mentioned before - all paid apps seem to be appearing in my home currency (AUD) and not the original currency, which has never happened before. I'm running CM6 (Froyo) on my Legend, and the market says it's version 1.82

That's a change Google made on their end, it will now estimate the cost in your regional currency based on current exchange rates.

I noticed there is now a widget for the home screen. If it was there before I didnt notice it. But either way I cant get it to.function properly. It says loading then doesnt load anything. Tried a restart and still same deal. Anyone else having the same issue?

Yea mine does the same think skrach. I am thinking they might not have pushed anything to that widget yet??

Don't know what else it could be unless they are doing it for the future.
