New Market

Just opened up the Android Market to grab the new Google Maps update, and I have the new look/feel of the market. Everything on one page, no more tabs. Anyone else?

Nothing. Even tried reinstalling the market. One day this year I'll get it.

Google started pushing the market out earlier this week. You can flash a zip of the apk with CWM found at XDA packaged by Adrynalyne

Yep, that's the same method I used and it worked nearly flawlessly. I recommend going this route if you're not patient enough to wait for the update, like I was haha.

So the update will be pushed out gradually? I had to put all the bloat back on my phone to even receive the related tab, so i figure it will be a similar process.

It is a gradual push from Google directly, so I wouldn't think you would need to do that

That is one known way to "force" an update, but before I just ended up installing it manually, clearing the cache didn't force the update for me in this instance. I tried several times. I'm assuming this is something Google is rolling out very gradually.

I'm really interested the Super Clean Rom/DJ05 that you are using. I haven't been able to find any videos of youtube showcasing the benefits of it, could you point me in some direction. Im tired of waiting for Froyo and the likes, i want to make my phone better. One question though, how hard is it to go back to stock after flashing?

I'm not running the Super Clean ROM, just the DJ05 update, but I'll gladly make a video for you if you'd like.
