New missed call notification window

I had a missed call today and when I swiped the phone, I saw a black window at the top of the screen that I've never seen before.. It showed the number and 4 different icons for calling back, creating a contact and other things.. in addition to the usual missed call icon on the home page.. I've noticed lots of app updates lately and am wondering if its connected to one of them..I use the Mobile Care app, and am thinking it might be tied to the update.. Anyone else see this? Just curious.. it swipes away without a problem.. I actually kind of like it

I'm looking for the answer to the same question. Did you ever find out the source? I'd actually like to get rid of it because I already have this notification from any.do app, so it doubles up. Also I like to know why my phone does things, even when they're helpful.
