I guess this may be a Google thing and not unique to the S24 but I really don't like the new back navigation gesture. I liked the flick up gestures for apps, home, and back and feel that the new back gesture is very flawed. If the keyboard is active you have to make sure to swipe above it because the keyboard extends edge to edge. And with apps that allow horizontal sliding between pages I'm constantly activating the back gesture which sometimes backs me out of the app completely. I've tried the lowest sensitivity setting that makes the pickup area smaller but I still hit it accidentally. I may go back to static buttons but feel that's going backwards and a waste of space.
Is this something I just need to get used to or is it bugging anyone else?
