New Nexus 10 already used?

Just want to put it out there that when I received my first nexus 10 it had someone else's account and user information on it when I switched it on for the first time. Found this a bit shady so rang up for a replacement. When they sent me the RMA the serial numbers didn't match up so something had gone wrong somewhere. Hope Google arnt sending out refurbished devices as new

I believe you can request that the device be delivered with your account already set up. It could be someone requested this and it was sent to you in error.
