New Nexus 4 purchase: Anyone get a shipping notification or tracking number?

Just Google Play, Wallet still says 13th. My other order that shipped yesterday changed to the 16th when it shipped.

WHY KEEP THE SECRETS FROM US? Hopefully this comes true for us as well!

Ok just spoke with a CSR they said the date is nov17 because they are processing it again so that they can ship. She also had a update that every one should receive tracking number today else it will be a Backorder.

Now I wish MY order would change dates!!!

Still nadda, says 13th

So I just got off the phone with Google and the best they could tell me is that they don't know why my order hasn't been processed in 4 days, so they "escalated" my order to try to resolve it. I don't know what he meant by escalated, but it sounds good. So I'm still kinds stuck in limbo, with no real questions being answered.

They told me yesterday they would send my order to a specialist and escalate it.....so far nada

I had my order escalated too, I was in the same boat. The next day I got a hand typed email from the tech I spoke to saying I was on back order (It wasn't the automated one that went out).

However now I see this.... Strange considering my order date did read Nov 13? I feel kinda like Christmas... my wife and I have our ST SIMs already, now we just need a phone to use!

A lot of us are getting the order updated date to November 17. Only time will tell if that's a good thing... Like shipping out today!

Go to the UPS website and click track by reference. Type Google in reference box, input your zip code and country and then track. I was one of those with no tracking info and no backordered e-mail until I tried this and there it is, my phone in transit for Tuesday delivery. Hope this helps

Thanks, now I have confirmed that I had too much hope.

Hope has been knocked from a 50/50 feeling it could be in the air to a 10/90 feeling.

Might as well tune my ears away from delivery truck engines for the next few days.

Yup, exactly what I said in a different thread. Also, doesn't work for me. Shouldn't the reference be a number, not just something plain and stupid like "Google"?

Yes. For example with apple it is your phone number. Does not work for this google order.

Tried that already and got nothing. I really don't think there is a way to find out any sooner
