New Nexus 4 purchase: Anyone get a shipping notification or tracking number?

Galaxy 4 16 gb, no bumper.

Ordered at 11:52 am EST.

Received shipping notification at 4:03 AM EST today.

Tracking ID still not showing anything.

When fulfilling thousands of orders from a single depot, it would be silly, logistically, to ship orders based on time of order. Orders are probably going out in zip code order, with respect with how they are serviced by destination hubs, in batches. I.E., they're filling one plane at a time.

Bingo. If there is nothing making your order take longer to box(bumper/pre-loaded info seem to be unimportant) then you're just in a big pile. How they work through the pile is based on a bunch of factors we can't guess at, probably both at google and UPS.

Google shows order under "Pending". Charge on my account has been on "pending" since 11-13.

No updates.

Finally my tracking number is showing up at ups.com. Yep, it's in Louisville, KY. Looking like a Monday delivery.

Just got off the phone with a rep. The transactions are still in pending status on my chase account as well as on google play. They said by end of business the transaction should be processed, they 2 day ship. We are looking at tuesday at the earliest, not monday. They dont do sat delivery

They don't have saturday delivery but UPS is a 24/7 operation. It still will be moved from from facility to facility
