Just called google and asked what's going on with my order, as the charge disappeared from bank account. The rep told me, that I can aspect my phone on tuesday, but I think this is the standard answer...
I really disappointed, first play store order, switiching from iphone 4s to the nexus. I never had such a poor e-commerce experience.

I'm with you...I'm switching from iPhone 4s too. Bad first experience.

I used Chase too and mine is still showing as "pending" on my Chase account.

Did you use a Credit Card or Debit card? I used my debit card.

Hi Everyone! Just signed up to share my story.
Went through the F5 fury everyone else did. Didn't complete and order until I realized one showed up on my Wallet account showing it was ordered at 11:58 EST Florida. Got the confirmation a day later via email that it was ordered. Freaked out when everyone started getting backorder emails so I called yesterday and was told it would ship yesterday. Logged into my chase account to see money there so I emailed the rep I spoke to on the phone for status. Tried to cancel order form frustration and was denied. Just received shipping confirmation, but no charge to card?!?!?

EDIT: Got the 16GB no bumper. Also told rep id cancel if it didn't ship today and he told me "So you would cancel if it doesn't ship?" I said "yeah no hard feelings". Doubt it was a factor but makes me think twice seeing how some here ordered before me and got backordered. I sorta feel bad.

Hey all, I was also someone in limbo as of this morning. Got the shipping e-mail. When I track it, though, it only says a label has been created. No scheduled delivery date. Hope that helps!

I accidentally double ordered (16GB with Bumper) when it looked like my first order didn't go through. Orders placed at 10:44 CST (8:44 PST) and 10:57 CST (8:55 PST). I'm the Greater Houston area. It was several hours before I got confirmation emails. I have been in limbo since. Ironically Google wouldn't let me cancel the second order when I called after work Tuesday night, so now I'll be selling it (for what I paid) to someone I found who got back ordered.
*Update: Just received a tracking number for the first order, but UPS has no info.
I signed up for UPS Choice yesterday, but haven't gotten any emails from them, not even about another package that I know they are delivering today.

Those of you who ordered with bumper, what is the UPS listed weight of your package? Mine is 2.50 lbs. I'm trying to figure out if both of mine are together.

Went from an iPhone 4S, sold it and ordered a Galaxy Nexus off the Play store on Oct 23rd. Google announces Nexus 4 so I took advantage of the 15 day return policy. I hope I hear something soon, I have nothing!

2.5lbs seems a whole lot for a bumper. My guess would be it is packaged together...lucky!

Finally just got my shipping email!!!

Ordered one 16GB N4 at 10:51 CST. Status on Google Play just changed from "Estimated Shipping: November 15" to "Shipped." Google Wallet also changed from Pending to Completed. Don't have an estimated delivery date/time yet, but stoked nonetheless!!

Just got my tracking number. It makes me feel bad for those that got put on backorder since my order didn't go through until 1:35 PM eastern.

Good for you but...Google...is this some kind of sick joke? People who order late get it first -_- FML

8:35AM PST right now, got a backorder e-mail yesterday but I have two orders (one 8GB and one 16GB) and both are still pending in my bank account and in Google Wallet. 8GB has said "Pre-ordered" since I ordered it 9:07AM PST and 16GB says est. ship date of 11/15 since I ordered it at 10:20AM PST -_-

I ordered at 11.38. No clue yet. Called the customer service, he said if there is no charge on your card, you might be in the backorder list... lol at google..

I honestly don't know how they're doing it. I think there are still some people who ordered after me getting their's today. I'm not surprised, I always seem to get stuff the next week when ordering from Google.

just got mine as well same order and at the bottom on ups tracking it says expected delivery of Monday for me. i can deal with that.
