To add to the story here, I just got off the phone with customer service. The gentleman repeated most of what was said here - that they're having problems getting tracking information out to customers and that I should expect the Nexus 4 by tomorrow or Wednesday. Yes, Wednesday. The customer service representative mentioned that there's a chance I won't receive my tracking information tonight and that it could ship out sometime tomorrow, receiving it on Wednesday. Also worth mentioning, and this was interesting, he referenced an email he received just an hour ago. When I asked the representative how likely it was that I would receive the package tomorrow, he said, "pretty good". So, take that at face value. I'm not getting my hopes up but, as I'm planning on leaving early Wednesday for vacation, I was hoping to take the Nexus 4 with me. Such a hard, hard life we live, isn't it?
