New Note 20 Ultra

Howdy folks
So lost an iPhone a couple days ago. I decided to go back to the note 20 which I had about six months ago. My new note was set up at the Verizon store by the guy. So I was not really involved with the initial set up. Since I previously owned a note 20 shouldn't I be able to restore my previous settings and whatnot?

Hi, if you did a back up through smart switch , Google photos, Samsung cloud which is limited now what it backs up but settings definitely.

The Samsung Cloud will put your previous settings and backed up information onto your new phone.

Samsung Cloud does not back up photo's anymore.

Samsung stopped this and now has advised to use Onedrive.

Google may also have done a backup to your account which can be retrieved on setup.
