New notification using CPU

Can anyone guide me here? I just started getting this warning(see screenshot attached) I have had this galaxy s8 active for 18 months. No new sketchy apps downloaded. No sketchy sites, afraid I've been hacked(is that even real?) Thanks. Att is my service provider.

Welcome to Android Central! It's probably from the preinstalled Device Maintenance app. Unlock the screen, swipe down the notification panel, and long-press the notification, then tap App Info. What app is giving you the notification?
