Additional Info: I purchased this phone for a client that changed his mind, just purchased it in the past couple of weeks, see attached receipt with date and price. I updated it via the official Sony 4.4.2 KitKat OTA update for him, thus, had to open the box, B&H charges 10%-15% restock fee if you open the box, so I am offering it here for about the same price plus I'll throw in an Incipio Dual Pro case in black with it, if no takers I'll just pay the restock fee. I have a 12 year history of 100% positive feedback on ebay, I'm just getting tired of dealing with ebay and some of the people who shop on there lately, my screen name on there is: prcd if you want to check me out, and no I am not selling both here and there. Ok. I just called B&H my return refund for the Sony ZL is $317.56 plus my shipping cost back to them. If anyone on here wants it, I'll sell it now $317 with the Incipio Case and shipped Priority Mail with insurance. If not, it's going back to them on Friday. Thanks
