New order status showing - expected ship date 7/9

Just checking to see if anyone is actually reading these posts anymore or just seeing what they want to read.

What page do you guys use to check? The regular order status doesn't seem to work until shipped. I googled for the pre-order site, log in to that portal and search.

the order number nor the pre-order confirmation yield a result on the regular order status page. the pre-order portal does, it's just blank. I called the other day and they have all the details, all seems well, just doesn't come up on the regular status page for some reason.

A question for anyone who has pre-ordered from VZW in the past.

When the phone ships, do they send out an email with tracking info and/or the fact that it has been shipped?

I only ask this so I can plan on being home to sign for it the day it arrives.

Yup they send out a email with a link to shipping/tracking.
You probably could after it ships also go to this same link
Check Your Status - Verizon Wireless
enter your pre order number after info pops up click on link review your order history
and sign in to vzw website and order tracking appear

Also if you knew you were not going to be home when shippment is due to arrive print out the fedex shipping info , sign and post to your door with instuctions on where to leave the package

Did you order online? I think you can only check status if you ordered online. Also, what is the pre-order portal? We are all checking our status from the order page using our pre-order number. Search for 'order'.

I posted before that I had no shipping date online or on my receipt (I ordered in store). I called and the first gent had no shipping date nor any order showing and couldn't figure out why, but then disconnected me.

I called back and the woman said I ordered on 6/20 and have a ship date of 7/10. Now I no longer need to worry.

I talked to a Verzion Rep on that online chat thing. I asked her when the phone would get here, since I have a shipping date of 07/10/12.

She said I would get the phone on the day of the 10th, and that's what I'm hoping for.

Yea, my pre-order status changed from unknown to Expected ship date of July 11th, just as it said when I placed the order last Friday.

Come on 2 weeks, be gone. ;-)
