New Outlook Mail popup bubble

For some reason, without me changing any settings, I'm now getting an annoying popoup bubble showing up on my home screen every time a new email comes in. I don't want this! I still want my regular notifications for emails, but not this popup. I've tried everything and can't get rid of it. Anyone know why this showed up, and how to get rid of it?

Are you referring to the "edge" pop-up? What is the regular notification you are referring to? Thanks.
