I have just brought a Note 9 and getting use it to it, it has one UI on it. I have just a couple questions-

How can I block apps from using data completely (I can only turn off data use in the background at the moment)?

Can I put pin code/finger print locks of apps without third party app?

Loving the phone so far, thanks for any advice.

Go into settings and type in search bar Data saver toggle it on but do this across all apps , if you want you can set individual by long press on any app >info then data toggle background data off

You can put apps to sleep when not in use in the settings. Device care/battery/select the app/choose the app you want to go to sleep. The toggle is at the bottom.

Thanks, I'm looking for a way for the app not to use any data at all, even when using?

Could do this on old Samsung but can't work it out on the Note 9!

You could use the Samsung Secure folder which you can password/fingerprint/iris lock.
You can put apps/notes etc in there that are private.
