If it is from "voltage converter store" on Amazon, I got my chrome one in 4 days. Almost as good as Prime. However- the box was not sealed and the phone was in Chinese, with no setup sequence. Turned it on right to the home screen. Reset it and set it up properly. Working fine. Not sure why it was open box and I have an email into them.

Using a clear tpu case after dropping it on day 2 with a devilcase on. Phone survived just fine. The tpu makes it so I can hold the damn thing without feeling like I will drop it. Also have tempered glass front and back.

Yes I got mine from the same place. I had to Google how to select English and there was a great video that showed how do so. Yes the box was opened. I suspect it was to put a USA charger in the box vs the one that would be there for Asia.

Good point- I actually had an adapter taped to the box. It goes in a US outlet, but it looks to be an adapter to Euro style plug. I would think it would be a USA to Euro style being that they included the fast charger, which is almost as good as the turbo charger on my moto x pure. Glad to hear Im not the only one with the "open box" conspiracy. Lots of Chinese/Japanese(cant tell, not knowing the language) apps on the phone as well, same for you?

Yes lots of Chinese apps. The charger in the Sony box had a correct us plug but strangely the part number on it when Googled has a different plug configuration when one looks at the pictures. I also had an adapter outside of the Sony box that was for international to US plug.
Loving the phone. Had to learn some things (like how to create folders for apps) as some things are different than my old Note 4 Edge
