New Palm, is anybody else having issues connectivity?

Just received my Unlocked Palm device directly from Palm. It connects to the Cell network but will not pass any data across that network. Palm say they have a patch coming out for reception issues. Is my concerns just being marginalized until the warranty runs out?

Make sure your APN is correct, or talk to your carrier.
